NOTES
Additional Information:1995- "Clapboard, vernacular farmhouse, ca. 1880, two-story, with a gable-plus-wing roof, with a porch that wraps around the front and side of the side wing; spindled porch posts, two-over-two windows with larger single-pane windows on the first floor with transoms; half of a delicate bargeboard at the crest of the gable remains intact.

The owner of the farm in 1877 was L. cunzenheim. From before 1895 to after 1948 the farm was owned by the Rausch (Reusch) family. In 1918 William Rausch listed himself as a farmer and breeder of Poland China hogs and Durham cattle. He came to Grant County in 1877.

None of the owners of this farm were featured in the Grant County histories and none are known to have been of historical significance. The house is one of the few relatively intact farmhouses in the Town of Paris but it is of no particular distinction."
