Additional Information:THIS ONE AND A HALF STORY GREEK REVIVAL HOUSE FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, A LIMESTONE EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED GABLE ROOF. TWO CHIMNEYS, EACH APPEARING NEAR EITHER GABLE END, ADD A SYMMETRICAL QUALITY. CORNICE RETURNS IN THE OPEN GABLE ENDS, EAVE-LINE DENTILS AND A MOLDED CORNICE ARE ALSO PRESENT. PROMINENT STONE LINTELS AND PROJECTING SILLS ARE USED ON THE SIX-OVER-SIX WINDOWS. THE FEDERAL STYLED DOORWAY IS DESIGNED WITH A TRANSOM WINDOW, SIDELIGHTS AND A STONE LINTEL. THIS RESIDENCE, BUILT IN 1846 (SEE BIB. REF. A, B), IS IN GOOD CONDITION.
