Additional Information:1982 comments: Large vernacular clapboard house of L-plan with gabled side two story projection. Gables are shingled and the two floors are separated by slightly projecting molding. Garage seems to be a new addition. House is very well preserved.

John Joyce served as the 12th mayor or Ashland; elected in 1909, but resigned 10 months later.
