NOTES
Additional Information:1982 DESCRIPTION: Large two-story foursquare-type stucco house with flared hip roof with central similarly roofed dormer with four rectangular windows. A tall brick chimney is on the northwest wall. The front symmetrical facade features a pair of coupled rectangular windows with an oculus window in the center. The front is dominated by the Bungaloid style sunporch with its original large 3/1 windows and central entry. Similar to the house at 922 9th Avenue West.

SIGNIFICANCE: the house is significant for its pivotal role in the proposed Chapple Avenue district as a well-preserved, intact stucco American Foursquare house.
