Additional Information:This two story hip roof rectangular plan house is unusual for its gambrel roof wall dormer and mansard-like roof on the front veranda side bay window.

One of the many homes built by the Osborn Home Association. The home's first owner was carpenter Benjamin W. Harper (38/590, #11560), who sold the house to William J. Connor on 6 June 1892 (46/620, #18662).
