Additional Information: | 3 ARCHES OVER WINDOWS ON SIDE, 1/2 ROUND ORNAMENT ON PARAPET BRICKWORK PILASTERS AND CORNICE DETAILS. THIS BUILDING WAS BUILT IN 1902 AND RESTORED IN 2007 WHEN IT WAS SUBSUMED WITHIN THE MUCH LARGER SUMMIT CREDIT UNION BUILDING THAT WAS ALSO BUILT AROUND IT IN 2007. 2008- "This small, previously surveyed, one-story-tall Commercial Vernacular form building was built to house a bank, probably ca.1895, and it has a rectilinear plan, a cut stone foundation, and exterior walls that are clad in red brick. The building occupies the southeast corner formed by the intersection of S. Madison and E. Main streets, its main entrance is placed in a canted corner that faces northwest into this intersection, and it has two main facades, one that faces north onto E.
