NOTES
Additional Information:Joyhn Currier was engaged in lumbering on the Black River and one of the first settlers of Neillsville coming from Maine in 1852. Currier was also a carpenter, and he supervised the construction of many of the finest buildings in Neillsville. Having never married, he lived here until his death in 1898 with his sister Sophronia. Jefferson Schuster, a lawyer with the law firm of "Schuster and Campman" purchased the home around 1900. Mr. Schuster donated 10 acres of land for the construction of Schuster Park located on Neillsville's southeast side."
