Additional Information:Massive square plan house with hip roof and roof dormers. Many windows ahve been altered and the pressed board siding is not original. the lumber used to build the hospital was that removed from Dr. Dodd's former hospital. This building served as the family residence too until they moved closer to the new clinic on the northeast corner of Chapple Avenue and 3rd Street West.
