Additional Information: | The main block of this residence is essentially a side-gabled form; however, a truncated front-gabled portion extends from the rear. A smooth concrete water table encircles the perimeter of the main block. Similar smooth masonry lintels top most of the windows. The facade features a shed-roof porch that is supported by fluted concrete columns that rest on concrete block piers. A wooden porch deck with modern trellising front the main entrance. The upper half-story is dominated by an off-centered gabled wall dormer that also carries a pair of sash openings. Stucco covers the gable peaks of the west and east gabled end walls. A two-story, asbestos-sheathed wings extends from the rear and a small enclosed shed-roof porch occupies the southeasternmost corner. A vinyl-sided garage is also located on the property. |
