NOTES
Additional Information:2014:
This two-story Queen Anne house was constructed by Mrs. C.C. Williams in 1893. It is clad in cream brick and rests on a rusticated stone foundation. Asphalt shingles cover the hip and gable roof, which features an interior brick chimney. The front (east) facade includes a two-story, cutaway bay with prominent front-facing gable, covered with decorative wood shingles, a king post, decorative vergeboard, and Queen Anne window. A large, single-pane fixed glass window with a leaded glass transom is prominent on the front facade. A one-story porch with brick supports spans a portion of the facade. The shed roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features a pediment with a decorative wood sunburst detail. A one-story enclosed porch with a shed roof is located on the southwest corner. There are multiple brick additions including a two-car garage located on the rear (west) elevation. The remaining windows are one-over-one, double-hung replacement sash with simple stone lintels and sills.
