This two-and-one-half-story house with Queen Anne details was constructed by Walter Millard in 1885. It is clad in cream brick with an intersecting gambrel roof covered with asphalt shingles and overhanging eaves. The gambrel ends are clad in wood fishscale shingles. A Palladian window with wooden molding with dentils, and an elongated keystone is located in the front (west) gambrel end. A two-story porch located at the intersection of the L-plan features Tuscan columns and an enclosed balustrade on the first-story and paired Tuscan columns and a spindlework balustrade on the second story. A two-story bay is located on the side (south) elevation. A historic one-story, cream brick ell with downsized windows is located at the rear (east) elevation. Windows are one-over-one, double-hung sash with arched brick lintels and concrete sills.
