It is clad in cream brick, has a rectangular plan, and the truncated hip roof is covered with asphalt shingles. A cross gable dormer with a semi-circular window is centered on the front (west) facade, while gable wall dormers and exterior brick chimneys are located on the side (north and south) elevations. A two-story porch with Doric columns and an open balustrade spans the symmetrical facade; which features an entryway flanked by diamond multi-light sidelights and a group of three, one-over-one, double-hung sash windows with the original multi-light transoms on the first story and an entryway with sidelights and multi-light windows on the second. Single-story side porches located at the northeast and southeast corners of the house feature Doric column supports and turned post balustrades.
