2014
This two-and-one-half-story house was constructed c.1890. It is of frame construction, sheathed in clapboard and rests on a limestone foundation. Asphalt shingles cover the steeply pitched hip roof, hip roof dormers on the side (north and south) elevations, and cross gable dormer on the front (east) facade. The cross gable features overhanging eaves with a decorative modillion cornice and a group of three one-over-one, double-hung sash windows and semi-circular pediment. The house has exterior brick chimneys on the side elevations and an interior brick chimney. A one-story hip roof porch supported by classical columns with a spindlework balustrade spans the length of the front facade. A small hip roof porch with square posts is located on the side (south) elevation. The centrally placed front door is framed by sidelights and flanked by windows with transoms. A bay window projects from the center of the second story. The windows are a combination of one-over-one and five-over-one double hung sash.
