2016- "This two-and-one-half-story Queen Anne house was constructed in 1897 by John Hunzicker, who may also have designed it, and its first occupant/owner was Rev. John G. Zimmerman. It is of frame construction, clad in clapboard with decorative half-timbering, and rests on a cut stone foundation. The house displays character-defining elements of the Queen Anne style such as irregular massing, irregular roofline, asymmetrical facade with dominant front-facing gable, pent roof enclosing gable, cutaway bay windows and corners, decorative brackets, and a two-story tower. The tower is located at the northwest corner of the front (west) facade. It has a conical roof covered with asphalt shingles and is topped with a finial. The front (west) facade features a two-story cutaway bay, a recessed porch on the second story with corner brackets and drop pendants, and a one-story porch that spans the length of the facade. It features a pent enclosing gable roof supported by paired classical columns resting on battered pedestals and turned balusters. A two-story cut-away bay is located on the side (south) elevation and a one-story enclosed porch is located on the rear (east) elevation. Windows are a combination of one-over-one, double-hung sash; large, single-pane, fixed sash with leaded header; and four-pane, diamond pattern, fixed sash with the original wood surrounds.
The house was sold in 1917 to August Raduege. Raduege sold the house and at some point it was converted into a duplex. The house has now been converted back into a single-family residence."
