VERANDA ACROSS FRONT W/BALCONY ABOVE. 2014: The Everson Farmhouse is a two-and-one-half-story, side-gable, Colonial Revival residence with a small one-story rear ell constructed in 1905(1). Resting on a stone foundation coated in concrete, the walls are clad in red brick veneer. Asphalt shingles cover the side gable roof with enclosed gable ends and gable dormers on the front (east) facade. The roof features an interior brick chimney and overhanging eaves with modillions. A one-story flat roof porch supported by classical columns spans the front facade. Matching wood balustrades surround the porch and its flat roof, consisting of X-shaped balusters and a simple handrail. A one-story c.1980 addition is located at the southwest corner of the house. Windows are a combination of six-over-one, double-hung, wood sash; three-light wood sash; and two-over-two, wood, double-hung sash, while the dormers feature paired, three-over-three, double-hung sash. The property also features several agriculture-related outbuildings.
