This two-story Gabled Ell house (building # 03855) features an L-shaped plan configuration, an unspecified stone foundation, a brick exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled multi-gabled roof. Segmental arched windows and an enclosed porch in the ell are other architectural elements. The residence is located off of highway Z, on the first left. The previous owners included the Welch family and Janice Petrus.

Another map code for this building is 85/5, which is found on survey map USGS Whitewater 15'.

The residence is to be removed or demolished after February, 1994.
