This three story frame structure is covered by a gable roof, interrupted at the center by a brick fire wall which forms a parapet wall above the gable. Windows are regularly aligned on the facade, the entrance is centered and covered by a simple porch. The exterior is covered by asbestos siding. Reputedly servant housing for the Fountain Spring House Hotel (non-extant).
2014: New siding and new windows.
