NOTES
Additional Information:Two story vernacular late Picturesque house with Bungaloid veranda, a central hip roof, and a gabled polygonal bay window, all on a brownstone foundation; original windows.
Bibliographic References:The house may have been built by Emmeline Mackinnon Vaughn as an investment property. Tax rolls in 1888 suggest the house was already built; however, the transfer between Vaughn and Augusta Struckmeyer did not occur until April 1888. The house may have been built by the Osborn Home Association, but deeds were not reviewed prior to 1888.
