NOTES
Additional Information:2023: This is a two-story single-family gabled-ell residence constructed circa 1875. It features subtle characteristics of the Italianate style such as widely overhanging eaves, gabled window hoods, and a one-story partial width porch with bracketed posts. The residence is irregular in plan consisting of the original gabled ell residence, whose principal elevation faces north towards National Avenue, and a rear gabled addition that extends from the south elevation parallel to Evergreen Drive. The foundation is brick. The exterior cladding is vinyl siding which has covered or replaced the original wood clapboard siding. The wood band trim remains intact below the widely overhanging, open eaves. The gabled roof is clad in asphalt shingle. The windows throughout are two-over-two wood sash windows. These are placed in wood casings with gabled or peaked window hoods in the street facing elevations of the original gabled ell house and in squared window casings elsewhere. A partial width, open air porch spans the principal elevation (north) of the gabled ell. The porch is supported by square column posts with scrolled brackets. A circular patterned architrave spans the columns below the eaves of the hipped porch roof. An internal brick chimney rises from the ridge of the east facing gabled volume. Behind (south) of the house, there is a two-car garage that was constructed circa 1990. It is T-shaped in plan consisting of a principal side-gabled volume with a longitudinal axis parallel to Evergreen Drive and a rear gabled volume. The exterior is also clad in vinyl siding. A single vehicular entrance and a single pedestrian entrance are in the east elevation. 1979: MOULDED WINDOW HOODSSCROLL CUT PORCH
