1998:
Located immediately east of the Saylesville Mill. Two additions to the house were made sometime in the early 1900's. A shed roof addition to the east side of the house was used as a greenhouse and a one-story gable roof addition was built to the rear.
The house retains the majority of its original windows. Some of the windows to the rear of the house have been replaced with modern windows and decorative shutters were added to the majority of the windows.
A non-contributing granary was moved to the rear of the property during the 1970's and has been significantly altered with the addition of modern vertical siding.
