Bibliographic References:On 3 December 1887, the Ashland Press reported building for the year and included in this list, is this house for E.H. Taylor, valued at $1,400. It appears that the OHA built the house for the Taylors, after which the deed for the property was transferred on 20 May 1889. Tax rolls confirm that the house was built prior to 1888.
