Bibliographic References:At least the sale of the lot appears to have been handled by the Osborn Home Association. the house appears to have been built by the Keystone Lumber Company (45/256, #16991) and housed William G. Sanders, the foreman of the lumber company and his family. As of 1914, the house was sold to Catherine Sanders (109/161 #45120).
