Additional Information:Late Picturesque style house with unusually steep shingled gable that covers entry marked by a arch and broken by polygonal roof dormer. A hip roof two story block is attached to side. Note semi-circular convex window and gabled projection on NW side.
Bibliographic References:[A] ASHLAND ASSESSOR'S CARD Tax rolls indicate the house was built between 1893 and 1894; the sale of the lot was also earlier handled by the Osborn Home Association.
