Additional Information:Former bungalow of the standard Nystrom type has been severly altered.

Home of Fred Nystrom, an Ashland carpenter associated with bungalows built in 1920s. Arthur Nystrom was partners with H. Edwin Hanson, in Hanson and Nystrom Builders and Contractors. Their firm also manufactured cabinets, frames, and building materials, with offices at 102-106 Second Avenue W. Their firm was advertised prominently on the front cover of the 1928 City Directory.
