Additional Information:THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT BY FINDORFF, INC., BUILDERS AND CONSTRUCTED IN 1950. IT IS RECTANGULAR IN PLAN WITH PORCELAIN ENAMELED STEEL WALLS AND A STEEL-CLAD SIDE-GABLED ROOF. THE FRONT ELEVATION FACES EAST; THE NORTH ELEVATION FACES FELTON PLACE. TWELVE OTHER LUSTRON HOUSES ARE LOCATED IN MADISON'S NEAR WEST SIDE.
