Additional Information:2002 - Rising from a concrete foundation and sheathed with aluminum, this two-story, Queen Anne residence has a hip-roof core with gabled wings projecting from each corner. Located on the right (east) half of the main (south) elevation is enclosed, hip-roof porch that features a centered entry flanked by picture windows. The only other noticeable feature of the building is a canted corner located on the left (west) side of the main facade. Fenestration is regularly spaced and generally consists of one-over-one, double-hung sashes fitted with metal combination storm windows. Metal awnings protect the windows on the main facade.

This house was built in circa 1908 for W.A. Moersfelder. No information on Moersfelder was located except that he owned the property into the 1950s.
