Additional Information: | DESCRIPTION 2022 - This is a one-story side-gabled warehouse constructed in 1960 for boat and recreational vehicle storage. It is rectangular in plan with its axis oriented north-south parallel to the Kinnickinnic River. The west elevation has been clad in wood shingles with wood trim at the corners while the east, north, and south elevations are clad in corrugated sheet metal. The roof is covered with corrugated sheet metal. The building lacks fenestration but has sliding vehicular doors in the south gable end wall. A second one-story side-gabled warehouse, also constructed in 1960, stands on the same property southeast of the building described above. It is similar in size and is also rectangular in plan with the axis oriented north-south parallel to the Kinnickinnic River. This building is clad in corrugated sheet metal only with a corrugated sheet metal roof. There are three windows offset in the east elevation as well as one pedestrian door. The north elevation features sliding vehicular doors. There is one pedestrian door offset in the west elevation. Two additional buildings were constructed on the property in circa 1971 and circa 1995. |
