Additional Information: | The current (2006) building owners painted their names--Bolan & Holtz--over the original names of George & Heyer in the building's pediment. The words "The Home of Roxwell" are painted across the buidling's mid-section and refers to a brand of upholstered rocking chair that was manufactured in the 1950s by the Artbilt Furniture Company, who owned the building at that time. In 2006, the building was remodeled for residential use/condos. |
