Additional Information:1973: "Erected in the late 1850's for a machinist, the house ranks among the older buildings in the area and survives in an excellent state of preservation.

Alterations and Additions (as of 1973): In regards to the exterior, this house has been changed very little. During the past year, the attic story window in the facade was altered and the exterior freshly painted (white)."
