Additional Information:Two story wood-frame with asphalt siding structure with having a two story front bay window with a low pitched gable mirroring that of the main roof. There is a small open stoop porch in front.

Locally designated 11-12-1985.


Good example of wood dwelling of this period with integrity of form. Note 2 story bay with pedimented roof.

Home of Julius Zahn, secretary of the Gem Milling Company in 1895. Probably remodeled from an earlier structure at this time. 2,3.
