Constructed for Frank Napieczinski's Saloon. The south half housed the Western Union offices until 1970. Frank's Saloon did not survive prohibition. That half of the building housed the Elliot Plumbing office in the 1930s, E.E. Meckelberg's Jewelry Store and then the HTR Two Rivers Office until 1998. Clarkson Insurance occupied the south half until 1998. Home Plate Sports Collectables occupied the north half from 1998 until 2001 when it moved into the south half. In 1998 the Two Rivers Main Street Office resided in the south half leaving in 2001 for the upper floor office. The Two Rivers Fitness Center opened up in the north half in the Spring of 2001.
