Additional Information:THIS TWO STORY, ITALIANATE STYLED RETAIL BUILDING WAS CONSTRUCTED IN 1891. IT FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A CONCRETE AND STONE FOUNDATION, AND A FLAT ROOF WITH A FALSE FRONT. THE EXTERIOR WALL MATERIALS ARE MADE OF BRICK, CONCRETE, AND STONE, WHILE THE TRIM MATERIALS ARE MADE OF METAL, BRICK, STONE AND WOOD. ADDITIONS HAVE BEEN MADE TO THIS STRUCTURE AT AN UNKNOWN DATE. THE F IN THE PHOTO CODE AND IN THE MAP CODE STANDS FOR FCS. ANOTHER PHOTO CODE FOR 545 W. WATER ST. IS GL 15/30.
