Additional Information:Well-preserved example of style sometimes called High Victorian Gothic. Two-story, brick house with elaborate gable ornamentation. Before 1965, address was 419 Pine St. The first owner was Henry McMillan (1841-1872). Later owners were David S. McMillan (1812-1883), Edwin W. Joy, James W. Dunegan (1864-1951), Peter J. Jacobs (1869-1936), Guy W. Rogers (1890-1954), and Roy and Margaret Rogers Menzel.
