Portrait of Ralph and Isabel Pearson of 5030 Lake Mendota Drive. Isabel is wearing a mink scarf made from several minks Ralph trapped in their back yard along the shoreline of Lake Mendota. The furrier who fashioned the skins into a fur piece described the fur as being from small female wild minks, colored dark brown with blue undercoats and extremely silky and soft. |
