The interior of the bottling house at Hillsboro Brewery. The bottling equipment is numbered 1 through 5 and the following description is included with the photograph: "1. Alkale Bottle Washer; 2. Crowner; 3. Twelve Spout Rotary Bottle Filler; 4. Keg Beer Supply-31 gallons each; 5. Carbonated Gas." The following names also appear in the description (presumably the names of the workers in the photograph): "Abbey; Charley; Johnson; Fibber; Rinkey; French." |
