Quarter-length studio portrait of June E. Johnson. June worked at the State Historical Society of Wisconsin as a librarian from 1948 to ca. 1980. Her sister, Ruth S. (Johnson) Shuttleworth worked as a stenographer at the State Historical Museum from 1917 to 1946, an assistant to Dr. Charles E. Brown, Director of the Museum from 1908 to 1944. |
