This electric car is a Waverley Victoria Phaeton 1911, manufactured by the Woods Company, Indianapolis, Indiana. "Powered by a 60 VDC, 4-speed, 3.5 HP electric motor, its top speed was 20 MPH with a range advertised to be anywhere from 30 to 140 miles depending on conditions.
