P&H 3-Ton Transfer Crane with Two Monorail Hoists
Pawling & Harnischfeger 3-ton transfer crane with two 3-ton monorail hoists. The hoist on the left has an electromagnetic unit, and the one on the right has a grab bucket attachment. The transfer crane is stamped "Pawling & Harnischfeger Builders, Milwaukee, Wis., Capacity 6,000 Lbs., No. 1930, Patented, Patent Nos. [illegible]" The monorail hoist cab on the left is stamped "Pawling & Harnischfeger, Milwaukee." There are men in the cabs and men on the ground looking at the camera near a large pile of scrap metal. The location is Simmons Co. |
