Hawkins Service Station
Hawkins Service Station, located at 309 Seventh Avenue. The station has a pagoda style roof typical of stations designed between 1917 and 1930 by Alexander C. Eschweiler, architect for the Wadhams Oil Company. Two repair bays offer tire and tube repair, oil change, and lubrication. The pumps advertise both Mobil and Wadhams gas. A Coca-Cola dispenser sits in front of the office. There is a truck parked on the left and a car on the right. |
