Bride Walking Down the Aisle
A bride walks down the aisle in the United Church of Christ/Congregational Church in Delavan. An usher stands to the right in the background. A painting of Jesus is behind him. Through the open door, the decorated wedding car can be seen. The bride sewed her wedding dress from a Vogue Couturier Design pattern, #1155, option "C," designed by Belinda Bellville. The pattern was purchased at Northwest Fabrics. The material for the dress was purchased at the Swiss Miss Textile Mart in New Glarus. The wedding dress, veil, and pattern are in the collection of the Wisconsin Historical Society (2012.195.1-2). |
