Additional Information:2010: This two-story, flat-roofed modern building is sheathed with a combination of metal panels, plate-glass, steel beams and concrete. The main (south facade) is defined by a tall, steel trellis-like overhang supported by concrete piers and steel beams. A smaller, aluminum trellis is attached to these columns at mid-level. Meanwhile, the facade consists of expansive plate-glass windows and metal panels. The words "MILWAUKEE PUBLIC MARKET" are attached to the roof on the west facade in large individual letters enhanced by neon lights.

The Milwaukee Public Market was constructed in 2005 and designed by the firm of Kubala Washatko Architects, Inc.
