The buildings are accessed by a driveway off of S. Oklahoma Avenue. To the southwest of the Pattern Shop and Office is the large c.1941 Factory (230651), with an attached two-story office building. It is of steel frame construction and clad with some brick and metal. A large portion of each elevation is made up of steel frame industrial windows.
