It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. 2016- "The Nordberg Manufacturing Company Plant consists of a number of buildings constructed between 1901 and 1941. The property is located on a large parcel at the northwest corner of S. Chase and S. Oklahoma Avenues and is a series of both stand-alone and interconnected industrial buildings and offices. The buildings are accessed by a driveway off of S. Oklahoma Avenue. To the north of the factory building is a c.1941, three-story, Contemporary office building with an asymmetrical design (AHI No. 230653). It has a poured concrete foundation and is clad in brick. It has a flat roof with limestone coping. The main entrance is on the south elevation and has double glass doors with a simple metal overhang. Windows are generally arranged in ribbons across each story and elevation of the building, some of which wrap around the corner of the building.
