Additional Information:2016- "The Nordberg Manufacturing Company Plant consists of a number of buildings constructed between 1901 and 1941. The property is located on a large parcel at the northwest corner of S. Chase and S. Oklahoma Avenues and is a series of both stand-alone and interconnected industrial buildings and offices. The buildings are accessed by a driveway off of S. Oklahoma Avenue.

To the west of the factory and Contemporary office is a collection of four interconnected, two- and three-story buildings (230777, 230778, 230779, 2307780) identified as "Factory" on Sanborn maps. They are clad in a combination of brick and metal siding with steel frame windows. The buildings were constructed between c.1941 and c.1950. Interior access was not granted at the time of the site visit."
