Additional Information: | 2016- "The Nordberg Manufacturing Company Plant consists of a number of buildings constructed between 1901 and 1941. The property is located on a large parcel at the northwest corner of S. Chase and S. Oklahoma Avenues and is a series of both stand-alone and interconnected industrial buildings and offices. The buildings are accessed by a driveway off of S. Oklahoma Avenue. At the north edge of the historic boundary is the c.1980 electric substation (230783) that is composed of metal power cables and enclosed generators. Although they are on the property, they appear to be operatied by the City of Milwaukee." - "Nordberg Manufacturing Plant", WisDOT ID #2060-00-06, Prepared by Mead & Hunt, Inc.
