The Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Depot is located on the principal corridor of travel in Menasha. Situated on a large lot in a combined industrial/commercial area, the depot is a one-story rectangular side gabled structure featuring exposed architectural members. The roof material is asphalt, the siding is clapboard, and the foundation material is not visible.

2009--Previously surveyed in 1984; no longer extant as of 2009.
