An important but not significant example of architecture connected with railroad transportation. Renaissance style. Spanish tile roof. Millwork by Segelke and Kohlhaus Co. Ornamental iron work by Torrance and Sons. Art marble by Standard Mosaic Tile Co. of Chicago. Thomas and Walter Bentley were the contractors. Bainbridge, C. N. Covenant/Easement: In Perpetuity. Effective 10-05-2004. A 'covenant file' exists for this property. It may contain additional information such as photos, drawings and correspondence.
