Deco
arm equipment posters
were rarely on the cutting edge of graphic design,
perhaps because advertisers considered farmers more
practical than urban consumers and more resistant to
stylistic trends. This poster is one exception. While
most farm implement posters show products being used,
this one places the cream separator on an abstract,
geometrical background featuring the angular lines of
the late Art Deco style.
