reflect the overall character of International Harvester’s
advertising better than the other, flashier, posters in this
exhibition. Most of the company’s posters, pamphlets, flyers,
and catalogs emphasized the technical features of the product
and appealed to the buyer’s practicality rather than his
emotions.
