Curly Lambeau
What's as Wisconsin as cheese? The Green Bay Packers, of course. America's only community-owned franchise had humble beginnings in the 1920s as a town team. Curly Lambeau led the Packers and went on to become their star player, owner and coach, leading them to three consecutive world championships in the 1930s. Join author Stuart Stotts as he discusses his new book
Curly Lambeau: Building the Green Bay Packers. Stotts will share stories and images from the early days of the NFL, and chart the rise and fall of the man for whom the sacred stadium is named. A book signing will follow.
